Our house call doctor can come to your home, nursing home, assisted living facility or retirement communities.
Our house call program allows us to continue to provide quality care for our patients as they get older. For patients unable to come to the clinic, our physician will come to your house (assisted living facility or retirement community, nursing home) for a visit. Our house call doctor offers the same care to our patients that we offer to our clinic patients. We use mobile radiology and lab companies to perform tests if necessary. Your follow-up visits with the doctor can be scheduled as a house call or a telemedicine visit. See our Fee Schedule for rates.
